Senator Marble, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-178, concerning prohibiting a court from requiring a medical-marijuana patient to abstain from the use of marijuana as a condition of parole. Senator Marble explained the reasons for the bill. The committee discussed the bill and other legislation concerning marijuana use.
