Senator Priola introduced House Bill 18-1414 concerning higher education emergency grants.  The bill creates the emergency completion and retention grant program in the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) to assist eligible students with qualifying financial emergencies.  He distributed two handouts to the committee (Attachments P and Q).
