	01:08:57 PM	Secretary of State Jena Griswold presented regarding the Department of State. She discussed business, charity, nonprofit, and notary licenses and the 2020 and 2021 elections and subsequent audits. Secretary Griswold summarized recent changes to Colorado's election laws. She discussed strategic goals and objectives at the Department of State, including ensuring election security in Colorado.


	01:23:37 PM	Brigadier General Laura L. Clellan presented on behalf of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA). She described DMVA's mission and values and organizational structure. Brigadier General Clellan discussed DMVA's goals, including improving employee experience and improving organizational readiness and efficiency. She summarized DVMA's budget and funding requests. Brigadier General Clellan described recent National Guard domestic operations and search and rescue missions.
	01:41:33 PM	Brigadier General Clellan responded to committee questions regarding employee retention, search and rescue operations. Greg Dorman, Interim Deputy Executive Director, DMVA, responded to questions regarding veterans demographics and veteran suicide prevention.
