Senator Rodriguez explained HB 19-1283, concerning requiring insurers to disclose certain information concerning insurance policies, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.  

Patrick Boyle, representing Property and Casualty Insurance, spoke from a neutral position on the bill. He discussed how the bill provides protections for those who might be liable, as well as clarifies timelines and responses.

Natalie Brown, representing the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjustors, testified in support of the bill.  She discusssed the benefits of early insurance coverage disclosure.
