Eliza Schultz, Health Care Association of Colorado, discussed long-term home health care reimbursement rates and the financial burden home health care agencies have experienced due to delayed reimbursements from Medicaid.  Ms. Schultz responded to questions from the committee.

Carrie Barnhart-Lynch, representing herself, testified about the difficulty she experiences due to her disease and the level of pain she experiences. She spoke about the difficulty she has getting the proper medication to control her pain because of the limits placed on dispensing opioids by Medicaid. Ms. Barnhart-Lynch responded to questions.
