Senator Kerr, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-004. The bill requires additional funding for full-day kindergarten and refers a measure to voters allowing the state to retain and spend revenue above the constitutionally allowed limit. The committee previously heard testimony on the bill on January 31, 2018. Senator Kerr read from a letter from Dan Snowberger, Superintendent of Durango School District 9-R [Attachment A].
