Senator Petterson called the meeting to order and provided an overview of the agenda and the process for the committee to complete their work.  She thanked the subpanel for the work they have done to assist the task force.

Senator Petterson discussed issues facing the behavioral health system that were highlighted in a recent news article and how that has informed the committee. She explained that the committee will discuss this issue later in the meeting.
