Senator Tate, bill sponsor presented Senate Bill 20-045 and requested that the bill be postponed indefinitely.  This bill removes the requirement for health facility licenses issued by the Department of Public Health and Environment to include the signature of the president of the State Board of Health, the attestation of the board secretary, and the state board's seal.  Senator Tate told the committee that Senate Bill 20-113 replaces this bill.
