Want the clarity in the procurement code. Seth Ford -- clarified -- matter of delegation, delegation of authority. Currently belongs to the central procurement office. Why do it here -- because the procurement authority is DPA's to delegate. Joint Technology committee. Delegate the authority to select source method.
