Representative Singer explained that the committee would discuss the sunset review for the Colorado Advisory Council for Persons with Disabilties (advisory council). Witness testimony was heard regarding the sunset review at the February 6, 2018, Public Health Care and Human Services Committee meeting. A copy of the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) recommendations and a draft bill were distributed to the committee (Attachments B and C).
