bill sponsor, presented House Bill 22-1084. The bill requires that the
State Court Administrator provide the Secretary of State with a report
that all persons who report as ineligible to serve as a juror due to citizenship
or county of residence; the Secretary of State will provide this information
to each county clerk and recorder and the voter registration of these electors
must be cancelled.
