Representative Mullica and Representative Duran, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1355.  The bill requires firearm owners to securely store their firearms, federally licensed gun dealers to provide a locking device and other information about safe storage of firearms, and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to conduct a public education campaign.
