Senators Exum and Rich, primary bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-202 which repeals the Climate Change Markets Grant Program in the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), which has not been operational since March 2007. The program issued grants in FY 2006-07 and recipient institutions of higher education were required to report to the CDPHE by March 15, 2007.
