of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), presented a legislative
proposal regarding the use of federal funds for the Art in Public Places
program. Ruth Wilson, representing OEDIT's Art in Public Places program,
also presented. Mr. Martin and Ms. Wilson responded to questions
from the committee. OEDIT's proposal is included as Attachment B.
