Rebecca Kourlis, founding Executive Director,
and Brittany Kauffman, Interim CEO, from the Institute for the Advancement
of the American Legal System (IAALS), presented about judicial discipline.
  Ms. Kourlis started the presentation and discussed transparency,
two-tiered and one-tiered judicial discipline systems, and the composition
of final deciding bodies.

The presentation was paused to allow for Professor Geyh to discuss judicial
discipline structures and design.
