Mark Lamb, Area Wildlife Manager, responded to questions regarding the potential for creating a wildlife underpass in conjunction with the property, instead of an overpass. Discussion ensued regarding the impact of the property transaction on area groundwater rights. Doug Vilsack, Assistant Director for Parks, Wildlife and Lands, provided input on the issue.
