prime bill sponsor, presented House Bill 25-1260, concerning the resiliency
of the systems that provide electricity in relation to geomagnetic storms.
The bill requires evaluating and reporting on the state’s electric generation
and grid resilience against geomagnetic storms. Representative DeGraaf
distributed and discussed amendment L.005 (Attachment B). Representative
DeGraaf responded to questions from the committee.
