Minority Leader McKean, prime bill sponsors, introduced Senate Bill 22-013
concerning requirements for boards and commissions and making an appropriation.
 The bill provides guidelines in terms of changes to a board member
represented district due to redistricting.  In addition, the bill
makes updates to the State Board of Education and Board of Regents and
provides standard provisions for appointment of board members, unless the
statute or constitution specify something different.
