Representative Jackson and Representative Roberts, bill sponsors, presented House Bill 20-1160 to the committee.  The bill requires health insurers and drug manufacturers to report information to the state regarding the cost of prescription drugs, and directs the Division of Insurance to analyze the information and report on the effect of prescription drug costs on health insurance premiums.  A handout was distributed to the committee (Attachment A).
