prime bill sponsor, introduced House Bill 21-1052, to the committee.  The
bill removes an existing restriction on pumped hydroelectric generation
as a source of recycled energy, which is included in the definition of
an eligible energy resource under the renewable energy standard statute.
 Minority Leader McKean responded to questions from the committee.
