concerning motor vehicle dealer and manufacturer service rates.  The
bill requires motor vehicle manufacturers to compensate each of its motor
vehicle dealers for work on warranty obligations in accordance with standards
established in the bill.  Senator Tate discussed proposed Amendment
L.018 (Attachment E).
