and Exum, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 22-1242 concerning the
regulation of structures that are manufactured at a location that is not
at the site where the structure is occupied.  The bill adds tiny homes
to the manufactured home regulations and adds two tiny home representatives
to the advisory committee to the State Housing Board.  The bill adds
the crime of deceptive trade practice for non-compliance with the new law.
