	11:29:28 AM	The committee came to order. Mike Lester, State Forester and Director of the Colorado State Forest Service, presented on the 2020 Report of the Health of Colorado's Forests, using a powerpoint presentation. Materials for today's hearing can be found here: https://leg.colorado.gov/content/halw2021acommdocs Mr. Lester responded to questions from the committee.
	12:08:30 PM	Steve Lohr, the Renewable Resources Director of the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States Forest Service, continued the presentation with information on the forests of the Rocky Mountain Region. Mr. Lohr responded to questions from the committee.
	12:27:56 PM	Tim Kyllo, Secretary of the Colorado Timber Association, continued the presentation with information on the timber industry in Colorado. Mr. Kyllo responded to questions from the committee.
