Representative Duran and Representative Wist introduced House Bill 16-1404. The bill establishes the licensing and regulation of fantasy contest operators and defines a fantasy contest. The bill creates the Office of Fantasy Contests (office) within the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
