The bill transfers $100,000 from the General Fund to the Colorado State Fair Authority Cash Fund for renovating and enhancing the horse show arena facilities at the Colorado State Fair. The transfer is made in FY 2016-17 and the provision repeals July 1, 2018. Representative Esgar distributed three handouts to the committee (Attachment A, B, C, respectfully).
