The committee returned to order. Representative Pabon, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 17-1034, which conforms the Medical Marijuana Code to the Retail Marijuana Code by creating a license for medical marijuana business operators and allowing marijuana licensees to relocate anywhere in Colorado if state and local permission to do so is granted. Representative Pabon answered committee questions. He also distributed and explained amendment L.001 (Attachment F).
