Decarbonization Measures. The bill establishes building performance standards
for 2040 and creates a new state enterprise to support building decarbonization
efforts. The sponsors introduced amendments L.002 (Attachment A), L.003
(Attachment B), L.004 (Attachment C), L.005 (Attachment D), and L.006 (Attachment
E).
