Representatives Kraft-Tharp and Wist, prime sponsors, presented House Bill 17-1023, concerning a clarification of procedures for subpoenas for deceptive trade practices. Representative Wist explained the effect of the bill, and Representative Kraft-Tharp discussed the bill's need. The following person testified regarding the bill:
