Mr. Gassen explained the difference between a "pharmacy prescription drug outlet" and "other outlet," and responded to a question about a bill drafting issue. Mr. Gassen responded to further questions regarding the difference between distributing prepackaged drugs and drug compounding. Ms. Novotny responded to questions regarding potential cost savings under the bill.
