Representatives Buentello and Pelton, bill sponsors, discussed House Bill 19-1132 which was laid over from the February 7 House Rural Affairs and Agriculture meeting for action only.  The bill creates two grant program in the Colorado Department of Education to promote the use of Colorado food products in school meal programs.  Representative Buentello distributed and discussed amendment L.002 [Attachment A].
