Representative Snyder and Representative Roberts, co-prime bill sponsors, presented House Bill 19-1229. The bill creates the Colorado Electronic Preservation of Abandoned Estate Planning Documents Act. The act provides a procedure to determine if an original estate planning document is abandoned, and the process to create an electronic estate planning document.
