Representative Kennedy announced that the committee would proceed with the hearing on Senate Bill 20-034 without Representative McKean and Representative Arndt, co-prime bill sponsors, who had given the committee permission to do so.

Representative Kipp explained Senate Bill 20-034.  The bill changes the date when the Statutory Revision Committee reports its findings and recommendations to the legislature from November 15 to July 1.
