Representative Becker, J. introduced Senate Bill 17-014. The reengrossed bill, requested by the Transportation Legislation Review Committee, prohibits a local government from imposing inspection requirements or charging inspection fees for underground petroleum storage tanks. He distributed amendment L.001 to the committee (Attachment A). Representative Becker responded to several committee questions.
