Professor Kaminski continued the presentation with information on the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), OECD definitions of AI system and AI system lifecycle, an overview of the EU AI Act of 2024, and the Executive Order 14110 on AI (2023). 09:36:46 AM The task force asked Professor Kaminski a number of questions regarding topics such as the best way to approach defining AI, the use of AI systems and algorithms, unintended consequence, discrimination, implications of the inputs and outputs of AI, and the definition of high risk AI.
