Alice Cosgrove Horgan, Legislative Director for the Department of Natural Resources, explained the La Jara Creek 3rd Party Conservation Easement & Access Easement. The project documents are included as Attachment A.

that he has a connection to the owner of the property in question and would
be abstaining from the vote under Senate Rule 17 (c).

Motion Recommend support for the proposal to partially fund a third party conservation easement ($250,000 for 840 acres) and to purchase a perpetual public access easement ($17,533.33 for 160 acres) to the La Jara Creek property.

Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration at the University of Colorado-Colorado
Springs (UCCS), explained the reduction in project scope for the UCCS elevator
modernization project.  The notification about the reduction in scope
is informational and does not require committee approval.
