its FY 2023-24 capital budget requests.  President Marshall responded
to questions from the committee.  Committee members received a written
description of the two-year projection of cash needed, assembled by Legislative
Council Staff (Attachment B).

Consideration of Property Transaction Proposal, Department of Natural Resources - Committee Discussion Only

SFU Centennial Water Sanitation District Lease property transaction proposal
and provided additional background information.  Committee members
received a Legislative Council Staff write-up on the project, which is
included as Attachment F.
