chair, called the meeting to order.  He invited Natalie Mullis, Director
of Legislative Council Staff, to present updated the resolutions creating
the Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health Transformational Task Forces
(Attachments A and B).  Ms. Mullis explained the need for the updated
resoultions.

Ms. Mullis presented
an overview of the applicants who responded to the Request for Information
(RFI) for Facilitation Services for the two task forces.  A side by
side comparison of the RFI responses are included as Attachment C.

 Motion Move to approve Wellstone Collaborative to provide facilitation services for the Affordable Housing Transformational Task Force and the Behavioral Health Transformational Task Force.
