Community College System, introduced himself to the committee, and provided
an overview of the Colorado Community College system and the FY 2019-20
budget requests.

of Information Technology at the Community College of Aurora (CCA), and
George "Skip" Noe, Vice President of Administration/Chief Financial
Officer at CCA, gave a brief overview of CCA's FY 2019-20 budget request:
Improving Student Access to Technology.  CCA is requesting $527,845
of state and cash funds to upgrade its technology infrastructure.

Dr. Linda Lujan, President of Lamar Community
College (LLC), and Robert Vazquez, Director of Information Technology at
LLC, gave an overview of LLC's FY 2019-20 budget request: Technology Infrastructure.
 LLC is requesting $585,422 dollars of cash and state funds to upgrade
its technology infrastructure.

Services at Otero Junior College (OJC), gave an overview of OJC's FY 2019-20
budget request: Technology and Communitcations Upgrades.  OJC is requesting
$550,000 of state funds to upgrade its technology communication infrastructure.

at Pikes Peak Community College (PPCC), and Duane Risse, Vice President
for Administrative Services at PPCC, gave an overview of PPCC's FY 2019-20
budget request: Campus Emergency Notification and Power, and provided a
handout for the committee (Attachment A).  PPCC is requesting $524,865
of state funds to install campus emergency notification and power systems.

State Junior College (TSJC), and Ira Willamson, Computer Technician II
at TSJC, gave an overview of TSJC's FY 2019-20 budget request: Technology
Infrastructure.  TSJC is requesting $636,846 of state funds to improve
its instructional and academic technology infrastructure.

Technology at Colorado State University (CSU), and Greg Redder, Manager
of Networking Operations at CSU, gave an overview of CSU's FY 2019-20 budget
request: Network Refresh and Upgrade using a PowerPoint presentation (Attachment
B).  CSU is requesting $724,590 of state and cash funds for the first
phase of a three-phase project to upgrade its network infrastructure.

and Administration at Colorado State University-Pueblo (CSU-Pueblo), and
Doug Summer, Manager of Telecommunications Services at CSU-Pueblo, gave
an overview of CSU-Pueblo's FY 2019-20 budget request: Communications System
Upgrade.  CSU-Pueblo is requesting $4,290,130 dollars of state funds
to install new technology infrastructure.

of History Colorado, and Rich Media, IT Director of History Colorado, gave
an overview of History Colorado's FY 2019-20 budget request: Office of
Archeology and Historic Preservation (OAHP) Database and Systems Modernization.
 History Colorado is requesting $518,026 of state and cash funds to
implement a new customized web application for OAHP.

Mahesh Albuquerque, Division Director of
the Division of Oil and Public Safety within the Colorado Department of
Labor and Employment (CDLE), gave an overview of CDLE's FY 2019-20 budget
request: COSTIS System Replacement.    The department is requesting
$2,785,277 of cash funds to replace the Colorado Storage Tank Information
System (COSTIS).

Technology (OIT) legislative liaison, made an announcement about an OIT
