FY 2021-22 IT Capital Budget Requests: Colorado Office of eHealth Innovation - Committee Discussion Only

Lieutenant Governor
Dianne Primavera introduced the Office of Ehealth Innovation's (OeHI) FY
2021-22 IT capital budget request.  OeHI is requesting $1.08 million
in Capital Construction Funds (CCF) and $5.4 million in federal funds spending
authority to increase rural health providers' access to health information,
analytics, and technical support to improve the health and safety of rural
communities.



Kim Bimestefer, Executive Director of the Department of Healthcare Policy
and Financing, continued the presentation.

Dr. Monique Sendez,
Chief Information Officer at the Colorado School of Mines (Mines), introduced
Mine's FY 2021-22 IT capital budget request.  Mines is requesting
$.78 million in CCF and $.12 in CF to modernize the school's enterprise
resource planning and student information system.

fees for students, collaboration with other school's requesting funds for
similar projects, and expected cost-savings,

on cybersecurity and SIPA grant programs.
