Senator Gardner presents
the annual Rule Review bill, SB 23-102, to the committee. He explains the
bill does not extend two rules. If HB 23-1058 passes, the committee will
amend SB 23-102 before it's passage.

Update on XDOME Project - Committee Discussion Only

Jennifer Gilroy,
Revisor of Statutes of the Office of Legislative Legal Services, updates
the committee on the status of the XDOME Project. The project to update
the technology used by the Office of Legislative Legal Services to draft
bills and publish the Colorado Revised Statutes annually. The project began
in 2016 and is ongoing.
