Kate Meyer, Office of Legislative Legal Services, reviewed the Statutory Revision Committee (SRC) bills that were introduced and passed during the 2017 legislative session. She then outlined issues that will be taken up in the August 2017 SRC meeting, including identifying and repealing unfunded programs and modernizing out-of-date language, among others.

Kate Meyer, OLLS, walked Committee members through the memo detailing the need for a nonsubstantive clean-up of § 39-26-717, C.R.S., and assured members that the changes would not change the effect or applicability of the law.
