Under current law, whenever Executive Branch agencies or the Judicial Branch are required to make a report on a periodic basis to the General Assembly, the reporting requirement expires three years after the first report was due, unless the General Assembly continues the requirement. The bill, recommended by the Statutory Revision Committee, continues indefinitely those reporting requirements.
