and Sonnenberg introduced Senate Bill 21-234.  This bill creates the
Agriculture and Drought Resiliency Fund in the Department of Agriculture
and transfers $3.0 million from the General Fund to the new fund.  The
sponsors answered several committee questions.

within the Colorado State Forest Service and creates the Forest Health
Council within the Department of Natural Resources.
