Discussion ensued regarding whether Mr. Tutchton meets the qualifications of the appointment. Mr. Tutchton responded to questions regarding his position on the reintroduction of wolves into Colorado, and his ability to hear concerns from rural areas. Discussion followed regarding geological diversity on boards and commissions. Director Prenzlow responded to questions regarding the requirements for entering certain state lands. Mr. Tutchton responded to questions regarding his entry onto certain public lands. Director Prenzlow explained changes in regulation that require nonconsumptive users to purchase passes to enter a state wildlife area.
