The committee came back to order.  Senator Gardner introduced House Bill 18-1234, concerning the definition of gambling devices.  The bill clarifies the definitions of key terms related to simulated gambling and simulated gambling devices. It specifies that unlawful offering of a simulated gambling device can be direct or indirect, regardless of whether consideration is monetary or nonmonetary and regardless of whether consideration is received before the device is used.
