documents.  The bill adds foreign language requirements for certain
insurance policies beginning in 2024.  She distributed Amendment L.003
to the committee (Attachment A). The sponsor responded to questions from

carriers and providers. The bill requires carriers that process payments
for health care providers to offer certain payment method options and places
restrictions on processing fees. The sponsors distributed a handout to
the committee (Attachment C).
