Senator Hill invited those present from the Private Occupational School Board to come to the table.  Lorna Candler, Director of the Division of Private Occupational Schools, came to the table to introduce the appointee to the board, Timothy Guerrero.

Mr. Guerrero introduced himself to the committee.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.  Mr. Guerrero answered questions from the committee.

Conf 18-Community Colleges And Occupational Education — State Board For - Favorably Refer to Full Senate - Consent Calendar

Senator Hill invited the appointees to the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education to come to the table.  Dr. Nancy McCallin, President of the Colorado Community College System, came to the table to introduce two appointees to the board, Maria-Vittoria Carminati and Daniel Villanueva.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment B.

Ms. Carminati introduced herself and spoke about her personal, educational, and professional background, and about why she would like to serve on the board. Mr. Villanueva introduced himself and spoke about his background and about why he would like to be appointed to the board. The appointees answered questions from the committee.
