Senator Crowder, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 16-1456, which authorizes the Department of Human Services (DHS) to sell up to 15 acres of vacant land around the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan to the United States Department of Veterans Affairs at fair market value for purpose of expanding the Fort Logan National Cemetery.
