Senators Baumgardner and Grantham, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 17-1242, which refers a ballot question to voters at the November 2017 election. All other portions of the bill are conditional upon voter approval of the ballot question. If such approval occurs, the bill will make a number of changes to state transportation funding.
