Senator Scott, prime sponsor, presented Senate Bill 18-137, which requires the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission to create a grand slam wildlife raffle to award hunting licenses for 10 species annually. Senator Scott distributed three handouts about the bill to the committee [Attachments A, B, and C].
