Senator Scott wrapped up his presentation of SB 18-137.  Senator Scott requested that the committee lay over the bill until July 1, 2018, which has the effect of postponing the bill indefinitely.

Senators Williams and Hill, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 18-179, which permanently extends the excise tax credit for sales of non-cigarette tobacco products to out-of-state consumers.
